I will be taking the message of the Smart Life Institute (and Smart Sport International) to the airwaves! The inaugural BlogTalkRadio show, entitled "Consumer's Guide To Competent Self Care", will have it's first episode on Wednesday February 4, 2009 at 9:30 am central time. It may not be "Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy", but "Consumer's Guide To Competent Self Care" wil provide discussion on issues relevant to health and fitness for all!
