motion gears -team forceWith 50 episodes of the "Consumer's Guide To Health" podcast in the archives, I can say that I have done my share of interviewing. That process will resume soon with the refactoring of the podcast and its rebirth in January 2015 as the "Live A Smart Life" podcast.

However, I am rarely the topic of the interview - the interviewee, if you will. The roles have rarely been reversed. Until now.

Jason Ward, a physical therapist from Memphis, TN, has put together a great podcast entitled "Mechanical Care Forum". I had the opportunity to be interviewed for his podcast with a full 90 minute interview appearing over the span of two podcast episodes.

Jason started the "Mechanical Care Forum" podcast - "sharing experience for improved patient care" - in March 2014. As Jason notes on the site, "I hope to, in some small way, contribute to making available great content that inspires, educates, and entertains others with the same interests". There are now 38 episodes with some tremendous clinicians and researchers. The episode list is a who's who of mechanical care:

Episode 1: Mark Werneke

Episode 2: Robert Medcalf

Episode 3: Ron Doneslon

Episode 4: Richard Rosedale

Episodes 5-6: Audrey Long

Episodes 7-8: Dave Oliver
